The Pearl, located in Hamilton, MO, about one hour north of Kansas City, boasts the beauty of rustic finishes with the amenities of a modern venue.

Modeled after a family barn of the 1800s, The Pearl is the crowing jewel of our farm. Constructed with rough-sawn oak timbers by Missouri Amish craftsmen, The Pearl seats up to 300 guests and can host a variety of events, including weddings, parties, reunions, and so much more.

Bridal Suite & Groom’s Room

We provide dressing rooms with private restrooms for both the bridal party and the groomsmen. Amenities include:

  • Private bathrooms
  • Groomsmen shower
  • 10-foot makeup counter
  • Full-length dressing mirrors
  • Seating for family members
  • Beverage Refrigerators

The 285 square foot prep kitchen includes:

  • Commercial warming oven
  • Stove-top
  • Commercial Refridgerator/Cooler 
  • Microwave
  • Stainless steel prep counter
  • Commercial Sink
  • Coffee Pot
  • Ice maker

Vendor Guidelines

  • You may use the caterer of your choice. The kitchen is for maintaining food and serving only.
  • We reserve the right to guide or refuse a vendor.
  • The caterer and wedding host need to make arrangements for cleaning the kitchen. If the Cleaning Requirements are not met, the $300 fee will be charged.
  • The DJ/band must check in with The Pearl staff for sound system and connection requirements.
  • Music must stop at 11:30 PM and be packed up by midnight.
  • A list of local caterers, florists, DJ’s and hair stylists are available upon request.


  • Can be booked no more than 90 days prior to event & depends on availability
  • Ceremony Rehearsal - $150/hour (Must be completed by 9:00)
  • Dinner, Rehearsal & Set-up - $500 (Barn available from 3:00 PM to 9:00PM)


Our crew will be glad to do the cleaning for you for a $300 fee.

  • You may provide alcohol to your guests; The Pearl does not hold a liquor license.
  • Tubs and keg coolers are provided for your convenience.
  • Under-aged drinking is prohibited by state law.
  • Last call for alcohol and music should end by 11:30.
  • The Pearl staff has the right to refuse service to any guest & may request he/she leave
    the property.

Payment Details

  • Booking Deposit/Save the Date - $1,000 at booking (non-refundable)
  • 50% of remaining balance due 6 months prior to event
  • Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event
  • Facility Deposit - $500 (Refundable) due 30 days prior to event
  • Additional $500 added to total booking costs for holiday weekends. This includes any reservation within three days before or after a holiday


  • Engagement photos may be taken at The Pearl for no charge if you book your wedding or reception with us. Please contact us for a time that doesn’t conflict with another event.
  • A list of local photographers is available upon request.
