The Pearl at Crawford Farm, located just north of Kansas City, Missouri, offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and elegant amenities. Our beautiful countryside setting features multiple ceremony locations, including an outdoor arbor and a grand hall with a dramatic staircase for unforgettable entrances.
Our venue can host up to 250 guests.
At The Pearl, we offer flexible all-inclusive one-day and two-day wedding packages, including options for weekdays, weekends, and enchanting winter weddings near Kansas City.
In addition to exclusive access to our private estate in Northern Missouri, our packages include catering, BYOB bar service with professional bartending, floral design support, decor, linens, and on-site lodging for the couple.
The property features a climate-controlled barn, multiple ceremony locations, private dressing suites, and all essential rentals, including tables and chairs. Every detail is designed to feel cohesive, comfortable, and easy to manage.

While we’re typically amenable to unique decor concepts, please discuss any major additions or alterations with us beforehand.
Tacking or nailing anything to the walls is not permitted, nor is confetti. Floating candles are welcome.

Our goal is to bring your dream wedding to life while ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We’re happy to discuss your decorating ideas and find creative solutions that work within our guidelines.
Access time varies by package. Weekday weddings are 10 AM – 10 PM, Friday and Saturday weddings are 8 AM – 12 AM, and Sunday weddings are 10 AM – 10 PM. If you rent the venue for our two day package, you can come at 8AM on Friday.
Yes, our entire reception venue is ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessible, except for upstairs.
To align with local regulations, we do have some noise restrictions in place:
On Fridays and Saturdays, music must conclude by 11:00 PM
Despite these guidelines, you’ll still have plenty of time to celebrate, especially considering our generous venue access hours. Many couples find that having a set end time is actually beneficial:
- It helps structure the event’s flow
- Ensures the celebration concludes on a high note
- Prevents the party from going too late (trust us, you will be tired!)
These policies strike a balance between allowing for a full celebration and respecting our local community. Most guests appreciate having a clear end time, as it helps them plan their evening and ensures everyone leaves while the energy is still high.
Remember, you can always continue the celebration at a nearby after-party location if you wish to extend the festivities beyond our venue’s hours.
Logistics & Planning
At The Pearl at Crawford Farm, we’ve designed our all-inclusive packages to take the stress off your shoulders. You don’t need to lift a finger when it comes to setting up and tearing down tables and chairs. If you want extra time to set up your decor and haven’t hired a team to do so, we recommend our two-day package, which gives you plenty of time to set up and prepare for your rehearsal.
Yes, aside from being a gorgeous wedding venue, we are also an excellent choice for corporate events.
Yes, our all-inclusive packages include everything but the officiant and the photographer. We also have an incredible list of additional vendors that we’re happy to share once you are ready to book The Pearl and start planning.
Catering & Bar Services
Yes. Catering is included in our all-inclusive wedding packages. We provide a full-service experience, including menu planning, service staff, and all table settings such as china, glassware, and flatware.
Most catering packages range from $65–$75 per guest, depending on menu selections and guest count. This structure enables a cohesive, well-managed dining experience without coordinating with outside vendors.
Couples are welcome to bring their own alcohol, giving you flexibility and control over your selections.
Our team provides professional bartending service, mixers, non-alcoholic beverages, and full bar setup as part of our all-inclusive packages, so everything feels polished, organized, and easy to enjoy.
Payments & Booking
A Booking Fee of $1000 saves your date
Half of the balance is due 9 months prior to your wedding
Total balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding
Payments are accepted at anytime and will be posted to your account
An updated invoice will be sent showing your payment
We accept cash, check or credit card payments
Tax (6.725%) is applied to the barn rental fee
3.5% is added to any credit card payment
We may ask for credit card information to be kept on file
We do require event insurance for liability purposes. This must be purchased through our day-of event insurance provider. In order for us to make it very quick and simple for you, and to make sure that what you have exactly meets your contract requirements, no substitutions or exceptions are permitted.

Lana and her husband are so accommodating and make everything so easy. The venue is beautiful, the people are wonderful, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
